Fringed with lovely trees, Garam Sadak is the best promenade in Dalhousie. One among the two crisscross roads that joins the famous Gandhi and Subash chowks, this road is hot as its name suggests. Garam Sadak receives direct sunshine and that is the reason for its warm atmosphere. The signboards near the road, holds an interesting caption that ‘walking is the trend in the knolls’.
It is to be kept in mind that this road is meant only for pedestrians. Be cautious whilst wandering through Garam Sadak at nighttime and do not forget to take a flashlight. It might be dazzling and luminous in the day but it is poorly lighted at night.
